FLAT RATE Shipping is calculated based on the sub-total of a purchase.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
I only ship using the U.S. Postal Service. Most purchases are packaged and processed within 48 hours- some may take 72 hours or more, for example if they are paid for over a weekend or holiday or if the order is paid with check/money order. As for handling charges, shipping and handling charges reflect not only postage amounts but the costs involved for packaging and to cover the rising costs involved in doing business online. (Sellers pay a fee when Paypal is used. Plus compensation for time, fuel, packaging, storage, etc.) Still, I think you'll find my shipping charges to be reasonable.
***Unless you ask and pay for postage insurance, Dream Designs cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Costos de Manejo y Envio: solo utilizo el U.S. Servicio Postal. La mayoria de las compras son procesadas y empaquetadas en un periodo de 48 horas algunas pueden tomar hasta 72 horas o mas, por ejemplo si se pagan durante el fin de semana o dia festivo o si la orden se paga con cheque o money order. Acerca de los costos de manejo: estos se reflejan no solo en el precio del franqueo, ademas hay que considerar los costos implicados por empaquetar y cubrir los precios crecientes en hacer negocio en línea (Los vendedores pagan un honorario cuando se utiliza Paypal. Mas Remuneración por tiempo, combustible, empaquetar, almacenaje, etc.) Aun asi creo que mis costos de envio son razonables.
***A menos que el cliente pida y pague por seguro, Dream Designs no se hace responsable por paquetes extraviados.
